OUR STORY...

Fellowship Baptist Church, Burford began in the hearts and minds of fellow believers in 1933 in Scotland, Ontario.  What began as a small mission work in those early days has grown to be a loving church fellowship whose simple desire is to glorify God by making disciples and loving our community. An interesting piece of our historical trivia is that we were named "Fellowship Baptist Church" long before there was ever a Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches in Canada with whom we align ourselves with today.

OUR PURPOSE...

We are committed to fulfilling God's plan for Fellowship Baptist Church by:

• EXALTATION...the worship of God
  
• EVANGELISM...the winning of the lost to the Lord Jesus Christ
  
• EDIFICATION...the growing of believers through Biblical instruction
  
• EQUIPPING...the training and equipping of believers to serve the Lord Jesus Christ
  
• ENCOURAGEMENT...the continual demonstration of Christ like love and acceptance of all.
